4.4 Consequences of Failed KYC. If KYC documentation submitted by a player is found to be falsified, tampered with, or does not match account registration details, g888 reserves the right to immediately freeze the account, void all pending withdrawals, forfeit any bonus balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities as required by its licensing obligations.
5.1 Accepted Methods. g888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and debit card. 5.2 Currency. All financial transactions on the g888 Platform are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). g888 does not charge currency conversion fees as no conversion takes place. Third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction charges, for which g888 assumes no responsibility.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take additional time depending on the sending institution's processing schedule. g888 credits deposits to your PKR Wallet upon confirmation of successful receipt from the payment provider.
5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. To be eligible for withdrawal, a player must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have a verified PKR Wallet balance exceeding zero after deduction of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds; and (c) not be subject to any active account restriction or investigation.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the g888 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any g888 content without express written permission.

11.2 g888 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, third-party technical failures (including internet service provider outages, game software provider outages, and payment processor downtimes) may cause temporary Platform unavailability. g888 is not liable for any losses suffered as a result of such unavailability.
11.3 g888 is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies that may be applicable to your winnings in your jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from amounts received from g888.
11.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. By using the g888 Platform, you explicitly acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, that outcomes are determined by chance (for casino games) or by the outcome of sporting events (for sports betting), and that you may lose money. g888 does not guarantee any winnings and is not liable for gambling losses incurred by players.
12.1 Voluntary Closure. Players may request closure of their g888 Account at any time by contacting g888 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period. Any real PKR balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure (subject to pending wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.
12.2 Involuntary Suspension. g888 reserves the absolute right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where g888 determines that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player is using the Platform fraudulently or in bad faith; (c) regulatory or licensing obligations require action; or (d) the player's activity is suspected to constitute money laundering or other criminal activity.
12.3 Balance on Termination. In cases of Account closure for breach of Terms, g888 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the Account balance, including pending withdrawals and bonus funds, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. 13.1 g888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
